1. If your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days under our money-back guarantee

2. Just get in touch with our customer service team to let us know you’d like to make a return, and we’ll assist you through the process. Simply email us at hello@celrevive.com

3. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Our return policy is subject to our reasonable use conditions

We process all refunds within 7 days of receiving your return. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to one week for the refund to appear in your account.

 

If, for any reason, you can’t return the products within the 30-day window, please contact us. We’ll do our best to help, but refunds after this period are at our discretion.

Please keep in mind that we may have to decline refunds for items that are returned without prior authorisation, or that are outside of the 30-day return window. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
