Hello, I am Theresa Tobin.  Thank you for supporting my journey of establishing CelRevive.

I received a diagnosis of breast cancer in 2021 during a regular check-up and was fortunate that the cancer was in an early stage. 

During my radiation therapy, my oncologist emphasised the importance of keeping the radiated area well-hydrated and moisturised to prevent dryness and reduce side effects.

Upon examining the ingredients of the cream provided by the hospital, with my qualification as a personal care formulation chemist who has been working in the beauty industry for over 25 years, I immediately knew there were alternative ingredients that could provide more potent efficacy, while being more gentle and less irritating on the skin.

I spent time to understand cancer treatment related skin toxicity and dermatitis conditions and conducted extensive research on natural ingredients that strengthen skin barrier function, prevent trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL), provide long lasting moisturising benefits, soothe irritation and reduce redness.

I pioneered a unique combination of three ingredients - lactobacillus ferment lysate (postbiotics), upcycled bilberry seed oil and Tasmanian pepper berry. My skin condition improved significantly, garnering praise from nurses and doctors alike. After extensive testing and clinical trials, B-Restore™ Barrier Cream exists to support others in a similar situation.

Through my personal journey with cancer, I understand the daily challenges that cancer patients are going through and appreciate the difference that effective and considered skin care can offer – mitigating side effects and providing peace of mind.

I just wanted to share with you all how important early breast cancer screening is in saving lives. It's something that I'm deeply passionate about, and I truly believe that it can make a huge difference in people's lives. On another note, I've been working on creating a premium skincare range that I hope will help people with their skin concerns. I want it to be more than just skincare - I want it to be a source of comfort and peace of mind for those who use it. My goal is to help people embrace life and enjoy every moment without worrying about their skin.
